NGC Foundation

The National Gallery of Canada is establishing the Canadian Photography Institute, a world-class, multidisciplinary research centre dedicated to the history, evolution and future of photography. The creation of the Institute is a historic first for the Gallery, the launch of a centre of national and global importance. It also signals the triumph of a creative partnership of Scotiabank, David Thomson, the National Gallery of Canada and the National Gallery of Canada Foundation.
